Refund policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through villafume.com.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible non-faulty items must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Free returns and no restocking fee

There is no charge for an eligible return and we do not charge a restocking fee. We will provide the applicable return instructions for an approved return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos or video where helpful. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund.

Refund timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. If it has already been dispatched, please follow the return process after delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
