This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on villafume.com.

Delivery area and cost

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free of charge on all orders.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 7–12 business days. Estimated total delivery time is therefore 8–15 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, bank holidays, high order volumes or incomplete delivery details.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, dispatch information is sent to the email address used at checkout. If an order has not arrived within the estimated period, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can assist.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.
